Not ALL products qualify for free shipping. Large items are excluded. You will see at checkout that we will quote your shipping after your purchase. This typically includes gazebos, grills, furniture and more!

When you receive free shipping on your order we end up choosing how we want to ship your product. Usually it will ship FedEx or USPS

We Offer Route Protection
We offer route protection for most of the items you order. Route protection is an APP that lets you track exactly where your package is at all times. It will also cover the package if it gets lost or stolen. We will help file a claim for you and we will replace any product that was lost, damaged or stolen.

It depends. We pick the shipping if your get free shipping. It will be shipped either FedEx or USPS!
How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping will be automically applied at checkout. You will not have to do anything to get the free shipping. Not all products are free shipping. If you do not see the free shipping option at checkout then we will email you after your purchase and quote you your shipping cost.
