How does shipping work on these pergolas?
Each pergola is different. Almost all pergolas are free shipping BUT you will be in charge of taking the material off of the semi which will require a skid loader or a forklift of some sort. We will give you all of the shipping information when you place the order.
Accessories are not free shipping unless you are purchasing the accessories with the pergola or gazebo.

Do these structures come fully assembled?
The Visscher gazebos and pergolas do NOT come fully assembled. You will need to assemble the structure yourself when you receive it. Each structure comes with an instruction manual. Macke Pool and Patio are not building experts so we do not have answers to building questions. Please make sure you have someone professional or handy lined up to build your structure.
How does payment work?
You have the option to pay in full right away when you order the structure. Otherwise, you can put a 50% deposit down and you will owe the other 50% right before your pergola ships.
Warranty?
Yes, Visscher does have warranties. Please contact us for details about the warranty.
How long does it take to receive these structures?
Each structure is different. Lead times are always changing. Please check on each product to see the lead times. Once we receive your pergola or gazebo we will set up an appointment to get it shipped to you.
